Akasha – a retreat centre for health and wellbeing. Relax and rejuvenate with healthy diet, meditation, massage, Reiki, yoga and Far Infrared sauna in order to restore the body, still the mind, calm the emotions and align with the Source of your being. Akasha, nestled between the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula, is a secluded getaway and spiritual retreat located in Upper Beaconsfield, an easy 1 hour drive from Melbourne.
As we bring together all aspects of our being … body, mind and spirit … into one integrated unit… we begin to live our life with greater purpose and fulfilment. At Akasha our focus is Restoring the Being to Wholeness, and all that we offer here is in accordance with this focus. Through the beauty of the nature that surrounds us we remember the beauty of the Truth that is within us … we remember all that we are. So whether it be a short visit for a massage or a Reiki, or a longer stay on a Retreat or a course, we trust that you will be sparked by the beauty that is within and around you.
Akasha offers retreat style accommodation which can be combined with treatments and therapies to rejuvenate and revitalise your being. Sitting high upon a mountain peak, the stunning Akasha retreat boasts panoramic views from French Island through to the You Yangs. The seclusion helps you to rejuvenate and concentrate on your own wellbeing.
Akasha is a small retreat centre offering individual attention to all guests, all retreats are designed to suit individual needs. You may also choose to book your own private “one-on-one” retreat where your health and wellbeing will be the focus. There are also a number of courses on offer, including meditation, beginner massage and the very popular 5 day “Restoring the Being to Wholeness Retreat”. Detox diets and juice fasts are also available. Akasha endeavours to serve meals that are made up of healthy, 'life giving' foods, with most of the produce being organically grown on site. With all of this, surrounded by the natural beauty of nature, you will never want to leave the tranquillity.
